  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order confirmation is required for all returns or exchanges.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Return Shipping: After receiving return authorization, you will be provided with the necessary instructions. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  3. Inspection: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility requirements. If the return is approved, we will process the refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please note the following:

  • Processing Time: Refunds may take 5-7 business days to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
  • Non-Refundable Items: Some items, such as gift cards or personalized/customized products, are not eligible for refunds.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange a product for a different size, color, or item, please follow the same steps as for returns. Once we receive the returned item, we will send you the replacement product, subject to availability. If there is a price difference, we will either issue a refund or charge the difference.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a free return and either issue a full refund or send a replacement item at no additional cost.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Original Shipping Fees: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.
